How much will you offer and are there any other costs?
There are no hidden costs when selling to Optima. We do not charge you for a up front survey fee like some other companies. In fact if our verbal offer is agreed we’ll pay for the survey fee and contribute £1000 to cover your legal fees which will be paid to you on completion.
