After viewing your home, engaging in local market research and discussing your needs with you and how we can best tailor our service to suit your personally we will give you an immediate value for your home and our offer. We will also provide our offer to you in writing, there is absolutely no obligation on your part.

Step 3. If you wish to proceed we will instruct our solicitors to proceed and arrange for a survey to be carried out at your convenience and our expense, there are no fees at any stage associated in selling to us. Sometimes we don’t even need a survey. We handle as much of the paperwork as we can to take the burden from you, we can either recommend a solicitor or you can use your own. Either way we’ll give you up to £1000 on completion to cover your legal costs.

Step 4. We agree on exchange and completion dates to suit you, depending on your circumstances you may wish to remain in the property for a period while you look for another property, or move out straight away, it’s up to you.
